The Colonial Secretary, Hong Kong,

presents his compliments to the Under Secretary

of State for the Colonies, London, and with reference

to the Governor's Secret despatch of the 11th of

April, 1938, on the subject of returns of war

materials passing through this Colony, is directed

to forward in duplicate two further returns for

the weeks ending 2nd of April, 1938, and 9th of

April, 1938, respectively.
